Membership Fee $25
Every child pays a one time membership fee. If you were a previous Tumblebuddies member your membership fee will be waived!
Punch Cards- 6 classes=$160
Punch cards are great for families on the go! 6 classes that may be used within the year!!! Class must have availability and you must register online in advance.
PaymentWe require all autopay customers to keep a debit/credit card on file. There is a one-time registration fee to be a member at Tumblebuddies. Tuition is charged on the 1st if no other payment has been collected. Payments can be turned in to our front desk during office hours or online through your parent portal. If a check is returned to us there will be a $25.00 fee and you will be asked to make future payments with cash or card. If a card is declined a $5 fee will be applied to your account. If payment is not received by the 15th member will be dropped from their class. Your bill must be current in order to attend classes, events or purchase any items. Any remaining account balance will be charged with membership on the 1st.
Makeup PolicyYou have 30 days from the time of the missed class to reschedule or it is no longer valid. Rescheduled classes must be scheduled through the online portal ahead of time to prevent overfull classes. Your rescheduled class is considered used whether you attend or not. Rescheduled classes cannot be scheduled or attended if tuition is past due.
ClosuresHoliday closures are considered in pricing. As an incentive for our members we will still award a rescheduled class for each scheduled closure. We do not offer pro rating or refunds.
Drop ProcedurePARENTS MUST NOTIFY TUMBLEBUDDIES TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Must Cancel online via the online portal or a written notice via email, or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable. Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
What to WearBoys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students will be barefoot or wear socks during class. Personal items should be left in cubbies. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
Arrival and PickupBe sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car. Please pick up your child within 10 minutes of business closing hours. You will be charged a $15 late pick up fee thereafter.
